This property made me wish I could go back to school! I was wonderful and the amenities were the best I have seen yet. All of the little perks and features were very thought out and allowed the community to strive to make your student glad they left home.

My experience at this community was exceptional. I was given all the information I asked and thought I needed to make an informed decision. I was treated like I belonged and I felt valued. The amenities at this community were amazing and inviting. I would refer this community without hesitation.

This new concept is intriguing, but overpriced in my estimation.

I wish I had the opportunity to lease an apartment like this, when I went to college.

The leasing office is displayed as a fun place. There are multiple bowls of candy, a game on the center kitchen island with prizes. I assumed this game is for tenants that sign a lease. The students are into their work and smiling. Keith is happy promoting what he thinks is the very best student community in Riverside. This experience as a shopper made me feel happy and glad that I visited. Perhaps others will feel the same when visiting this community. I felt that in addition to an apartment, that Sterling Highlander is selling a lifestyle. The outside amenities lends itself to much social interaction. The interior rooms are described as: kitchen=create, living room=relax, bathroom=splash, and bedroom=dream. This community has accomplished to fit the needs of young adult students wanting to live close to campus, have a beautiful new apartment to live with shared amenities that promote social interaction and fun.

What the community had to offer was very impressive. I was impressed as they will have activities for the students. I also noticed they had double occupancy. This was great deal for a student. I would recommend this.

The fact that you must be a student to live there was not good. I asked what about senior citizens and said that it would seem like a good, secure place for them. I told they would have to take a class to live there. I knew there were several colleges in the area, but they seemed to be limiting their pool of residents.

The community was under construction but the rooms that I saw were impeccable. The attention to detail with all of the art, furniture and paint colors was great. I really enjoyed my visit.

Since I was looking at this community for my daughter, I went with certain high expectations. I was concerned about safety. The leasing professional was very reassuring as he told me about the background check, the gated community, and the keyed entrance to the community and club house. He also pointed out special features like the locked door on the bedroom. We had a lot of fun going through the club house. Everything was so high tech, colorful and bright. He paid attention to detail as he demonstrated the model and the club house. I was impressed with the apartment. I could see as he painted a picture of the finished landscape of the community how lovely it was going to be. I would be happy to allow my daughter to live there.
