Love the community here. The staff is very helpful and awesome, and the community is very modern. I would love to call this place home.

This student housing community looks to be a great place for a college student to live. The decor was modern and suited to the tastes of students and the amenities were plentiful. This would be a great place for a student to call home.

The community looked great and the leasing agent was great. I would definietly recommend this community to others.

Overall the property was great but for a common student with little income or parents just making it by with their income the property is a bit pricey.

This was the perfect community for students. It had everything I could possibly need or want. The consultant was very thorough and showed us every amenity they had. She gave us an excellent tour of the apartment and discussed all of our needs and answered all of our questions in a professional and friendly manner.

This apartment community was truly amazing. I would be very happy living there. The amenities are probably the best of all Riverside apartment communities. The apartments are upgraded and green as the community is LEED certified. What I liked about the community was that there was several get away spots within the community if you did not want to stay in your apartment but did not want to get in your car and drive somewhere. The staff seemed friendly and pleasant.

Before I saw the apartment, I thought it would be very interesting, and my impression that the apartments are very expensive. I thought there would be so much to do at the complex, but after looking at the apartment, it was not what I expected.

I fell in love with the community, and students should be very lucky to be living in the community. The features and amenities were creative and great for students. I felt warm and welcome and the idea of having my son live there was reassuring. I was very impressed.

This was a very nice community, one that a college student would typically enjoy living in. It was modern and had an upbeat feel to it. For such a large community, it seemed as though there were not enough study rooms or computer rooms to handle the volume of students.

The apartment itself was extremely nice, clean, and comfortable. There are computers and free printing in the computer lab which is very convenient for students. The apartment area is gated with security guards at night which makes it very safe as well. However, the staff and their services were extremely disappointing. Certain things that were stated in the contract are actually not true. For example: the move-out fees. The contract stated that the paint fee was supposed to be $25, but they charged me $50. Everything else that was charged in my move-out fees was doubled from what was stated in the contract. It does not matter how clean you keep the apartment since they will try to find other ways to charge you. Move-out inspection, sanitizing the apartment, etc. should already be expected from their services without making the renter have to pay for fees. The rent fees are already extremely expensive here therefore if the renter keeps everything clean, there should not be any other charges since this would be fair. Unfortunately, they are not being fair at all. Overall, as nice as these apartments are, I would not stay here again and I would not recommend these apartments to anyone because of the poor staff and the high prices.

I wished that they had apartment style living when I was a struggling student. This was a very nice community and offered a great opportunity for the student living off campus.

The associate was friendly and well prepared. She talked very fast though and was at times hard to understand. She knew her product well and answered all of our questions. She gave an excellent tour pointing amenities and describing the apartment in detail.

The leasing professional was nice, but she was a little shy. I think this apartment home is an amazing place for any college student to live. I will definitely be referring my college family members and friends to these apartments.

The community was very well maintained and exceptionally clean. The value of leasing there seemed expensive, based on the amenities provided to the residents. The leasing agent provided a very good tour and emphasized the many benefits of living there. I would highly recommend the community for students looking to be closer to the college.
