Complaint: The resident DJ that is scheduled for every other Saturday at the pool is annoying. I did not sign up for a frat party atmosphere and to have the music blaring from 11 - 7 is too much.

I would tell them it's a fantastic place to live.

Nothing compares

Great downtown location. Aparment has great views. Staff is friendly and courteous. The moratorium on smoking is very extreme and disappointing. A nice cigar and glass of whiskey on a Friday night is a wonderful thing. Much more obtrusive and annoying is the yappity liitle dogs left in apartments on their own. Barking and barking. Oh well. To bad tenants who went out of their way to anoy the buiilding with their bad smoking practices have screwed it up for those that are more considerate and have the class to smoke with sophistication.

It's great, but the leasing agents tell you different prices.

This is an upscale community with a resort feel. It is so inviting and comfortable that you never want to leave.

The building was new and all of the common areas I visited were in pristine condition. The community offered a wide range of amenities. The apartments were spacious and offered breathtaking views. The community however is expensive, and I'm not entirely confident that the value is really worth it.

My first impression of this community was a positive one. The community offered a 5 Star Resort feel. The amenities were in excellent condition. The leasing professional was also friendly, attentive, caring and interested in my needs. She did a great job with the tour. Based on this visit, I would lease at this community.

The community had a modern and captivating design and the common spaces and amenities were comfortable and relaxing. The apartments were bright and the kitchens were ample and functional. The leasing professional was professional and personable. She tailored the presentation to my needs and gave me her undivided attention during my visit.

I have lived at this location for a few months and in the evenings the smells of the other tenants creeps into my unit. After putting several complaints and thre only response is "there is nothing we can do". For the luxury living title its sure missing the service and prompt response.

at first i would recommend apex to friends, but given everything i have written, i doubt i will.

The residence and amenities are great... My only "complaint" would be the music in the pool area on the weekends is too loud and can be heard in my (I'm sure many people's) apartment, also, it seems the units were not insulated very well as I can hear all of my neighbors animals or if they are watching a movie, etc... For this price, I would think that the units would have been more insulated from each other.
