The apartments were very expensive and I did not like the fact that one had to rent a refrigerator or buy their own to bring to the complex. The leasing agent was nice and seemingly cared about my needs.

The community was average. I did not notice anything special about it. The apartment was reasonably priced based on the location and amenities.

The agent that toured me seemed to care about meeting my needs. What I liked about the apartment was that it was a corner unit and had more windows in it. Even the kitchen had two windows. The extra windows could make for a nice breeze through the apartment. The surrounding area looked like your were in the forest.

The community was nice and well maintained. The club room and business center were modern and appealing. However the fitness center was a little small and stuffy. The leasing agent made the process a pleasant experience. She was very friendly and informative. She stressed features of the community that would appeal to most people, such as spaciousness and closet space.

The community was nice and clean and the amenities were nice. The landscaping was nice and well maintained. The office was nice and modern as was the clubhouse. The pool area was clean and nice as was the fitness center. The agent was nice and showed me everything. All in all, this was a nice interaction and I would have leased in this community.

It was very old fashioned, the cabinets needed to be upgraded including the counter tops in the kitchen.

The community amenities and the upkeep of the common areas were well maintained. The leasing professional was talented and his level of engagement was comfortable. He made an attempt to relate the home to my needs and interests and his presentation was efficient. Based on my experience, I might recommend the community to family and friends.

It is a quite area. On the backside of the property are woods and walking trails. The community's amenities are commendable and the staff is very appeasing to your needs.

I would not recommend the community because of the price asked. There were better options in the area and I did not care for the apartment set up. The bathroom was inside the bedroom so it would be very inconvenient for guests. The community was also far from everything like freeways, supermarkets and etc.

The community had beautiful trees and landscaping. There was also a lot of trees surrounding the community, which made it feel more homey. The leasing professional was sincere in his efforts to help me find an apartment.

The leasing agent was very nice. She seemed genuinely interested in helping me and made a personal connection, while mostly keeping to the business at hand.

The area was nice. The rent was fair for the neighborhood.

The community and presentation was nice but nothing special. The rental rates were relatively low.
