The community amenities struck me as appealing. The upkeep of the common areas throughout the community struck me as notable. The leasing professional came across as pleasant. The level of engagement by the leasing professional was comfortable. She was sincere and natural. The way the home and the community were presented by the leasing professional was suitable. Based on my experience, the thought of calling the thought of calling this community home was indifferent, but close to being comforting. What the property offered in exchange for the rental rate was reasonable. I envision the quality of life here based on the amenities and the features offered as decent. Based on my experience, I would probably recommend the apartment community to family and friends. It was a decent apartment, with nice features and in a great area.

This was a nice clean property with lots of trees and palm trees which almost made me feel like I was on vacation in Palm Springs. The pool was sparkling and the grounds were manicured nicely. The apartments were spacious and up to date with appliances and nice kitchens.

The Leasing Professional's presentation was the best presentation I have ever had. She hit every single point flawlessly and seemed to have a great knowledge of everything the community had to offer. She never seemed to be looking up information or thinking about what to say. Everything just came natural and she made me feel like I really wanted to live in the community and that she knew exactly what she was talking about.
