The leasing agent had a personable personality and I enjoyed working with him.

The leasing agent did an outstanding job. She made it all about me. She was excited and enthusiastic about everything she showed me. She said living in Ladera was great. She reminded me if there was anything I needed or any questions I had to call her.

I loved the full washer and dryer that came with each apartment. The bathrooms were very large. The upkeep of the grounds were very well maintained. The staff was friendly, approachable and eager to help. The kitchen had a nice layout with plenty of cabinets for storage. The location was also close to shopping and restaurants.

The personnel were great. Very warm and inviting. The amenities were somewhat small.

This was a nice clean property with lots of trees and palm trees which almost made me feel like I was on vacation in Palm Springs. The pool was sparkling and the grounds were manicured nicely. The apartments were spacious and up to date with appliances and nice kitchens.

This is a very nice community. I loved how close it was to the different trails and parks. The layouts of the apartment were very nice.

The Leasing Professional's presentation was the best presentation I have ever had. She hit every single point flawlessly and seemed to have a great knowledge of everything the community had to offer. She never seemed to be looking up information or thinking about what to say. Everything just came natural and she made me feel like I really wanted to live in the community and that she knew exactly what she was talking about.

The leasing professional asked me throughout the tour how I liked the community. She was a joy to speak with and made me feel very comfortable. I would love to live there.

She gave a tour that concentrated on what I said I was looking for. She motivated me to want to lease the apartment while I was there. I would definitely recommend the community to a friend.

The treadmills in the gym were not working. Otherwise, the facilities were great. The amenities were great. Everything looked almost new and the landscaping was clean and well maintained. The leasing professional made me feel welcome.

The community was nicely manicured and had a resort feel. The apartments had washers/dryers. There was a garage included with all the apartments that provided extra storage space.
