I would recommend this community to everyone. The leasing professional was great, and the community was really nice.

The property and apartments were clean and well maintained. It was free of litter and debris. The apartments were clean and well maintained. They were well lit and the temperature was comfortable. The leasing agent was professional, warm and enthusiastic. However she was not thorough in her presentation of the neighborhood amenities. I felt the apartment was of reasonable value.

I was very impressed by the community. The leasing agent was amazing and made me feel very welcomed. I would recommend this community to others.

This community had some nice amenities like the library and the activities board. The landscaping was well maintained and nice to look at. The leasing professional was friendly and attentive. I would recommend it to family and fiends.

Overall, the visit was good and smooth. I wish the demonstration of the community amenities could have been more through and detailed.

I was renting this place for my mom for 8 years ,only because she had good friends who lived there and at the start the managment were nice and helpful. unfortunatly in the past 4 years alot changed in personnel and staff and became uncomfortable to reach to them and you know eldearly needs nice and friendly people around them and they were realy rude.
I came to notice by time that anyone leaving this place leaves unhappy because at the end they take all your deposits for unreasonable reasons. that is not a right way to treat people like my mom who lived there and gave them rent on time and her appartment was like new when she checked out. I payed even cleaners to clean up the house and I tried to do all is to be done so they wont have a reason to eat my deposit..but no ,they still took my deposit and their explanation regading the charges was nonsense. they said the refrigerator had to be pulled out and clean from behind !!! the air conditioner had to be pulled out and clean!!
They should tell you at lease time that no matter what you do we will still charge you for our own detailed cleaning ,but no they want you to leave the place sparkling clean and then they still charge you for cleaning.
When I asked her why she did not gave her the detailed cleaning rules she answered me: I am not here to baby sit them !! and at the end she throw us out of the office saying she is late even though it was still 5 pm and they don't close the office before 6 pm. She had no reasonable answer for these charges.
so if you live there already don't bother giving the apartment back in clean and neat condition ,they will still keep your deposit no matter what.
If you like them to take advantage of your parents because they are older let them live there ,but if you care for them don't leave them there.

It was a very nice community that was bordered by canyons and parks, yet was just minutes from area shopping and a major freeway access. The premises reminded me of a New England setting, minus the snow and the cold, as it brought a warm feeling that was provided by the residents that called the place home.

When I was made aware of the fact that every apartment home had a great view, I wanted to see each view. The two homes I did see, had an absolutely gorgeous view. The agents I encountered were friendly and helpful. Each one of them was as interested as the agent I was scheduled to see. The apartment sold itself. The amenities were just an added bonus. The views were the icing on the cake!

This community is a must live for 55+. The people that work here, truly care about each and everyone who lives here. They offer so many activities for the people that live here that you would never have to leave and go anywhere. It's like the Disneyland of 55+ communities.
