The community was a little dated; however, it was really close to the beach and the price was affordable.

The community was very well kept and nice. I was pleased to see how clean the area was by the pool and laundry area. The leasing professional was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

If you are looking for a nice small building close to the beach, this community is a great option. It may not have all the bells an whistles, but it is clean, affordable and oh so close to the ocean. It is a very good deal. The leasing agent was super nice!

Playa Mediterranean is only a few steps away from the beach. You need to take one street to get to the PCH, cross the road, and you are at the beach. Also, the community has a good size swimming pool for 50+ units, new laundry room, and a BBQ area in the courtyard. There is also a small box storage for your beach supplies.

The consultant took pride in her community and the company she worked for. The office as well as the amenities were meticulously maintained. The parking could be a problem if you had more than one car. The consultant was very professional and promoted the advantage of leasing there.

However, it provided a cozy, authentic feeling, and I loved the location, which was near shopping and the ocean. In addition, the community seemed to be managed with a lot of integrity. The floor plan I viewed was simple but functional. The price was just slightly high for what I would receive. Overall, I may or may not recommend.

The community was slightly older and did not have all the amenities, except for the pool, barbecues and laundry rooms. However, it was clean and well maintained. The leasing agent was informative. Overall, I felt it was a good value. I think I could make it work if I lived there. I would recommend it to my friends.

I have to say the comunity is a little dated. The only appliance that comes with the apartment is the gas stove. There is not even a place for a dishwasher and I forgot to even look for a garbage disposal. However, the community as you come in looks and feels like a peaceful resort. The apartments are nice. I would live in one. If the walls are well insulated then it would be a very pleasant experience. I appreciated the fact they do not take dogs and only allow indoor cats. From what I saw, even with the missing things, this could be a home and I would recommend it.
