I was not able to view an apartment, as one was not ready. The location of the community for the price sold me.

I would definitely lease the apartment based on the community itself and the fact that they had a good leasing professional.

The consultant was a pleasure to work with and seemed eager to help.

The community is small, 55 apartments which is nice. Good location to shops, would be helpful to provide window portable AC units.

The Playa Huntington Beach apartments is a much older community and does not have many of the modern amenities that other communities may have. However, it is close to the beach and that is a plus. I would refer my friends to the community.

The community, although in excellent visual condition, was very dated and in need of renovation. The apartments were small, and there were few amenities to attract my attention. It is unlikely I would recommend this property to family and friends.

The leasing professional was nice and genuine. I liked the location but it was dated and not enough amenities for me to call home. The location and the price being so close to the Ocean is a very positive thing. Other than that it was very bland.

The sales tactic was great but the property was not something I would lease myself. The property was older, the apartment smelled like gas, the cabinets did not look new.

Overall, I felt very welcome. I would return to the location in the future to get an apartment.

The customer service was pleasant and commendable. The property was modest but well maintained with a cozy, inviting feel. The location was ideal; near the beach and shopping. I did not see the actual inside of a floor plan. In the virtual tour it looked modest but functional.
