The community was very clean and very well kept. The amenities were clean as well as inviting and the office staff was friendly. I was happy with the level of customer service I received.

The community and the service provided to me were admirable. The staff was attentive to my needs and listened when I provided them with criteria that was necessary for me personally. They were honest and eager to share their own experiences within the community that were impressive. It was a very inviting and friendly atmosphere. It felt like a community of family members who were supportive to one another. It also felt relaxing and calm, and I would recommend the community to family and friends.

The office staff was wonderful and the community looked great. They offered a lot for the money.

The rental rate seemed fair considering what the community and apartment had to offer.

The community itself was well maintained, neat and clean, with plenty of amenities to enjoy. The apartment was nice, clean and a good size, with a great floor plan. The staff was friendly and attentive to my needs.

The grounds were impressive and well kept. The leasing staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. For instance I was concerned about the gas grills because I had never used one and the leasing agent was nice enough to demonstrate the process on the community grill. I felt at home and comfortable on my visit.

Overall, I felt as though the community was a nice one and the community itself showed pride of ownership. However, that opinion changed when I saw the vacant apartment, which had already been rented. The kitchen cabinets were in poor shape and outdated. The range had a bent handle. Had I actually been looking for a place to live, I would have decided against it. There was a drastic contrast from the way the apartments were versus the impression that the community itself presented. The apartments were outdated by at least 15-20 years. However, the agent was informational and provided a helpful demonstration.

The atmosphere at the community was calm, quiet and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and reasonably priced.

The community had wonderful amenities and its location was close to great shopping and restaurants. I would consider Palm Court Apartment as my new home. They offered reasonable and affordable rent rates.

The property was clean and maintained. The Leasing Professional was kind and offered a detailed demonstration of the community.

I was not pleased with the area and the upkeep of the property. I think it needed to be painted to make it look a bit more fresher.

I was really impressed with the way the leasing agent understood his role and did not come off as though he was a sales person. He was very natural. The property was nicely kept the people there seemed very nice and it looked like a range of different types of people. It was very quiet and peaceful and I could see myself really living there. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

The apartment was a little bit on the small side for the price. The amenities were standard, but the community appeared very well maintained and had a little something extra with the theater room. Overall, it was a fair value in comparison to similar rentals.
