I would not recommend because there is no advantage with lease renewal. The rent goes up no matter if u have stayed for years or not... there should be some advantage for long time residents.

Thin walls, loitering and smoking is prominent, rude tenants in the community, tenants do not abide by noise rules

Community needs to be secured... specially school kids(who don't seem to live here) come around the park and sitting area
Because Washington High School is an open campus, it drives students to our property. We have found students loitering in our property but we make sure to ask them to leave should we find that they do not live here. If you see high school students on the property, please call it in our office and we will address it for you.
