The community is in an excellent location. It is within steps to public transportation. The beach is very near. It is close to downtown, shopping, dining and entertainment. The community is neat, clean and well maintained. The apartment is spacious and quiet.

Based on my experience and interaction with the leasing professional, I would be likely to recommend this community. I found the community amenities to be appealing and attractive. The community was clean and the upkeep was notable. The leasing professional was friendly and welcoming, and she came across as talented. The leasing professional remembered my needs and preferences and exhibited a level of engagement that was impressive. The leasing professional's attempt to relate the home to my needs and preferences was customized and the presentation of the community was admirable.

The customer service I experienced was pleasant and accommodating. The floor plan I viewed was spacious but overall felt a little closed-in with no view except for of the balcony area. The amenities were adequate and looked well maintained. The price was somewhat reasonable for what you received. Overall I probably would not recommend this community.

What I liked about this community, was that it appeared to be exceptionally clean. There was no garbage, leaves or dirt anywhere. Although the gym was a very nice size, the clubhouse was particularly small based on the size of the community. The apartment I toured was clean and freshly painted, but it was dated. The appliances needed to be updated. The residents I saw appeared to be friendly and the community as a whole, was very quiet. There was no noise at all. The staff I encountered were all friendly and said hello. The agent expressed excitement about the company she worked for and the fact that they were expanding. She said the focus was always on the residents needs and comfort.

The staff at the community gave me the impression they worked very well together to insure the comfort of their residents.

The leasing profesional was very friendly and made me feel like my visit was important.

I felt valued as a potential resident while at the community. The leasing professional was accommodating and polite. The leasing professional easily created rapport and provided a high level of customer service.

The Leasing Professional was competent and did an effective job of presenting the community and the apartments. She was friendly and I found her easy to talk to. The community was older and the amenities were very basic, however, it seemed to be a good value.

The leasing agent was professional, friendly and easy to tour with. She was knowledgeable and informative. I felt that she was interested in helping me find the perfect apartment and she made every effort to address my specific needs. She was a pleasure to tour with and I would have leased based on her informative and enthusiastic presentation.
