I think this location is for the industrial working family that are looking for less stress of a single family home. I think it would be good for young adults who are seeking partner living to save for a house and for older adults who wants less stress and downsizing from a single family home.

The amenities were limited, however, the rest of the community was very nice. The apartment provided good space and the community was located in a nice area with good conveniences. The price was very fair for what was offered. The leasing agent was enthusiastic and made me feel welcomed.

Arbor Court offers nicely maintained basic apartments. Some upgraded features like wood-like flooring are available. The property has a pool, spa and barbecue areas available for the enjoyment of residents.

The staff was friendly and professional. The office was clean and inviting. The signs were all clear and readable. The rates were slightly over priced for the small size and few amenities however it was clean, well maintained and a nice community. The staff was very loyal and it was a peaceful place to call hone.
