The process of paying the utilities is not helping one to save.. there are fees to pay ones bill online. There should not be a fee to pay a bill.
Thank you for your post Jason. If you set up your utility account for automatic payments, there is no service charge. Although one time online payments do incur a service charge. You are also welcome to drop off payment in our office and we can process for you.

The community contained unique amenities, such as a tennis and volleyball court, as well as multiple swimming pools that made it appealing and better than comparable communities. The rooms and closets in the apartments were spacious.

The major downfall are the AC units that do not work properly or are not strong enough to cool the apartment. I really wish the AC units worked like the one in the office.

I would because it's a fairly good place to live. Plus it's the only option in Corcoran. Unless one qualifies for low income rentals.

This property seemed to be a good value for the rental rate. There were a good variety of amenities, adding to the value. The grounds were well kept and the apartment I saw was nicely furnished and well laid out. Lori was friendly and made me feel welcomed. However, I did feel a little put off when she had the other agent show me the model. It made me feel like her report was more important than me even though she asked if I did not mind. Overall I felt like the community had a lot to offer with the volleyball court, tennis court and weight room. These amenities were more than many other communities offer. I would likely refer this community to others based on the price, amenities and overall friendliness of the staff.

I would probably recommend based on the apartment I was shown, but I did not see the amenity areas to be able to evaluate them as positive or negative.
Huge Apartment
I am so impressed with the size of my apartment. I have a three bedroom and have so much closet space...I can buy more stuff! My bedroom is so big ... its the size of a 2 car garage. I am so happy I chose my home to be here.
