Neighborhood people in the pool frequently. Loud, releiving and deficating in the bushes. Despite numerous complaints, they were here again Sunday. Sometimes you call Security and no answer.
The halls are disgusting...dirty, people allow their animals to urinated against the walls. There was a dirty unwrapped diaper in the hallway window and few weeks ago.

I'm unlikely to recommend it because of the neighborhood.

Safety and security should be a high priority in an apartment complex.

the cost does not reflect the promises

we are seniors with some health problems,so we had some different needs.we reviewed a few dozen apts.we wanted safe parking and easy access from parking to apt.park central was the only one with inside parking and PARKING ON SAME FLOOR AS APT.no parking outside and no riding elevators 5 or 6 times a day.this was huge in deciding on park central. we think management has missed out by not strongly advertising their advantage over others on this issue.

It's too expensive for what you got, especially with the new ownership because the grounds are not as clean as before.

Cost is high and the people that residents allow in are not so friendly.
