The apartments were spacious with a lot of cabinets and storage space. Apartments had large patio/balconies, large windows that allowed a ton of natural sunlight. Apartments came with front loading stackable washer and dryer units, energy efficient appliances and dual pane windows. The staff was terrific.

In other communities you do not have to pay for water, garbage and sewer. That is why this community would not be for me.

The apartments were new, with nice features. There were few community amenities.
Great appearance, inside and outside.
As a new tenant, I am enjoying the quality of the landscaping, exterior cleanliness and manager friendliness. It's very quiet if you're inside, quite noisy outside, but acceptable. I am happy with the quality of the apartment, but feel new carpet is called for. I really feel its misleading to advertise a fitness center that is a two machines in a small room that's locked up and unavailable most of the time. Security could be improved if the gate code were changed at least once or twice a year.

This is an adequate senior community. The clubhouse was not that appealing. I was disappointed that there was no fitness area.
