The quality is not as great as lthers apartments I have lived in. There are somethings that I thought were basics in apartments that are not provided here. Its a nice place to live but I wouldnt consider it the best place.

The price of rent and the obsessive amount of towing fees even tobtenants that forget to hang their placard. Poor excuse if they already have our license plates then why do we need a placard on top of that. Instead of fining tenants for misplaced or undisplayed placards please warn then and tow the cars of people that do not live here and place placards on any car.

Prices are too high for the location (almost same prices as mission valley or somewhere closer to the city) and amenities don't make up for it
