Upon arriving at the community, I was positively impressed with the clean and well maintained exteriors and interiors. Everything appeared to be well kept and in good order. The pools were inviting and the views and location of the pool were breathtaking. The homes offered all the appliances, including the washer/dryer. All homes had attached two car garages. The agent was educated about the community and positively demonstrated the homes with a personalized presentation. An extremely positive experience and I would happily call this home.

This was an exceptional community. The amenities were outstanding and stood out above what most communities offer. The staff was in the average range for this type of community. I was very impressed with the community.

This was a very nice experience. The agent showed me all of the amenities, including two fitness centers, two club rooms, great outdoor spaces for barbecuing and entertaining. I loved the pools, especially the second one. I felt very comfortable with the agent and felt she did a good job.

Price is a little high. Fluctuations in rent prices is very unfair to current residents.

Based on the tour and the property itself, this community would be desirable for most tenants. The area is further out, so the privacy is nice for the area. The grounds were pristine.

I would recommend this community because it does have a lot of amenities, it is taken care of, clean and maintained. There is a lot of space for storage and overall it is a nice quiet community. The price is very high for the area, and the crime statistics.

I left the property with a really good impression of both the staff and the management company. The property was really well thought out, except for the lack of extra parking for the two bedrooms, which only get a one car garage.

The rent was a bit high for the old style refrigerator, as it was not a stainless. The common area such as the clubhouse and swimming pools, were beautiful and fantastic. The sales consultant was awesome. He was great.

Staff did not seem prepared, rehearsed or knowledgeable enough.
