I just wanted to touch base with you and thank you for taking the time to complete our recent survey. We are so glad to hear you have had a positive experience thus far, and are so grateful for your sweet comments.
That being said, I noted you had mentioned a few things, such as the AC and dishwasher not performing at 100%. I’d be happy to assist in submitting service requests for these items, as well as the light fixtures being off-center and some of the outlets not working. Please let me know if you’d like to schedule a time for some repairs.
Also, I hear you on the sense of community. Pre-pandemic, we used to hold 1-2 events per month, our office doors were always open, and neighbors would cruise through just to say hello. We have certainly been missing that for the past 1.5+ years during this wild pandemic-precautionary time. My goal as the Community Manager is to slowly get us back to that atmosphere, when legally able and in our best effort to try to make all of our neighbors as comfortable going forward as possible. I do appreciate this feedback and as a resident myself, agree with you that the “people connection” is something we’ve not been able to deliver during this time.

I was sorry to hear the hallway and stairs have not been upkept to your standards, and have submitted a service request to address the cleanliness level, and ensure our service and janitorial teams are routinely monitoring them.
