This is a great buy. A great rental rate. It has a beautiful scenery with spacious closets, opened floor plan, benefits galore. If I were looking to rent a apartment this would be it. I couldn't make any objections. I thought it was 100% all the way around. I found absolutely nothing wrong with it Nothing at all!!! The leasing agent was in one word, AWESOME!!!

The community is alluring. The area, property, and apartments are truly modern and appealing.

I would encourage a better sign out front directing someone to the leasing office.

I found the property to be very nice, and I would recomend. The fitness center was a little cramped and the business center looked a little dated and worn.

I would very likely recommend the community to friends and family. It was an exceptionally resort-like, clean, and beautifully maintained community with all the extras. The apartment had a lot of built-ins and extra features ordinarily found in condominiums but generally lacking in standard apartments. The leasing professional was friendly and genuine in her manner. I found the leasing professional to be attentive and focused on my needs and preferences, which she seemed to recall effortlessly and with complete accuracy. I had the feeling that the community would be an enjoyable place to live because of all the resident activities sponsored by the management company and the friendliness of the staff.

Overall, my experience was very positive. I felt like it had everything I needed, and it was a good value for the price. I was given a good tour and had all of my questions and concerns answered. If I was looking to move, I would consider the community.

Love the community. Really love the area. I would like to live there again.
