Good location. Close to many stores and various types of food and specialty shops.

The community was worth the price of the apartment. The amenities were lacking compared to some other communities. The leasing agent was friendly, enthusiastic and had an upbeat attitude. She did all she could to assist me and made me feel very comfortable and welcome.

The property was well maintained and has basic amenities. It did have a bonus amenity option for residents to rent a one or two car garage.

The landscaping was maintained, it was green and there were some nice trees and plants. The leasing professional was friendly and took her time to explain the pictures that she was showing me as she did not have an actual apartment to show me. I could make it work here for awhile but not sure that I would stay very long. I do not think I would recommend this community to anyone because it did not have a lot of amenities to offer.

The agent was helpful and I was provided a thorough tour. The community was nice and I enjoyed the tour of the amenities. It had a lot to offer residents.

This was a small community with a nice relaxing and quiet neighborly feel to it. If having a more intimate community and not being stacked on top of a couple hundred other apartment sounds good to you, this would be a great place to live.

The Leasing Professional was great! She was high energy and appeared to be genuine in her efforts to help me. She was very proud of her community and it was easy to see that she loved living there. She listened to my needs and made sure to address them during the tour. She asked me several times what I thought about the community. She was a confident closer and did it with sincere enthusiasm. I left feeling that she sincerely wanted me to lease in her community.

Overall, it was the best presentation I have seen. The leasing professional was very thorough with gathering information, and addressing each area of concern or preference. Based on her presentation, I would have leased the apartment from her.
