The community was a quiet apartment community in the Buena Park area. The floor plans were spacious and the community offered a quiet environment. It was conveniently located in the Buena Park area near Knotts Berry Farm and in close proximity to the 91 freeway.

As a real customer, I would strongly consider living at the community. It was very clean and in the middle of one of the popular tourist areas. The leasing staff was very professional. I would recommend this apartment community to family and friends.

Although the community was very clean, it was older and the apartments needed to be renovated. I absolutely would not recommend anyone pay the asking leasing amount for a very dated apartment with no air conditioning, no refrigerator, and not the best floor plan.
