The community and staff were great! I understand the high price of living in CA; I just thought the quality versus the price was off.

Based on the Customer Service I received I would definitely rent here. The property very nice, clean, and reasonable rental price. Even with having to rent or purchase an appliance it would be well worth it. The community has great amount of parking, storage space is adequate for a one bedroom. Gated parking was a plus as well.
