The community is well maintained and appears to offer large sized rooms.

The manager was professional and friendly. She also knows the surrounding area. I would probably recommend this community to friends and family.

I thought that the community was very peaceful and quaint. I liked the fact that it was small, but for me I would be actually looking for a few more amenities. As far as the consultant went, I thought she did an outstanding job of making me feel welcome, and her enthusiasm and warmth would definitely be a deciding factor.

Maplewood was a quiet, cozy community offering quaint and charming residences. The pool and spa were inviting. The location was near dining, a coffeehouse and shopping. Management lived on-site and available 24/7 to assist residents needs.

I would forego all of the extra amenities for the chance to have such a small, personal environment.
