Maplewood is a well maintained, nicely landscaped community. The community is older, and although well maintained, has cottage cheese ceilings, laminate countertops and non-upgraded appliances. I was a little surprised at the price, considering it was not renovated and did not even include a refrigerator. The leasing professional was very professional and knowledgeable. She was helpful in suggesting a sister community when it appeared she would not have anything appropriate on my stated timeline and asked a lot of questions about my needs to determine the most likely match among several sister community options.

This is a smaller quiet community and still has major access to many stores and restaurants. I would certainly enjoy living there.
