The community was beautiful and well maintained. The agent was professional, friendly, and was professional and knowledgeable of the community and the surrounding areas.

This sales professional was the best! On the on-site visit, she moved me through the leasing process effectively. She was an exceptionally pleasant person to spend time with. She detailed amenities, created urgency and built personal rapport. She instilled confidence in the community. She said it was a great place to live. If I owned apartments I would certainly want this sales professional to represent them. She asked qualifying questions in a conversational like manner. She made an immediate good impression, because she spoke in an upbeat and friendly tone of voice. She truly demonstrated product knowledge and therefore created value.

I was very happy with my experience. I really like the waterfall they had in the community. I thought the community offered a lot for the money.

It was well kept, and I liked the streams, but the other amenities of the facility looked average and could be surpassed by other apartment communities. The design is very traditional, and the community amenities also looked very ordinary. It did not have anything that would make the community stand out. The apartments' exterior paint may need to be applied again to make the apartment community look newer.

She actually presented the amenities except for the gym from a second floor about several yards away from the actual amenity, which gave it a unique view. The finances were presented in a straightforward manner. She offered the other communities after asking me if I had just started my search.

The community was located in a very quiet neighborhood. The large amount of landscaping and the stream added to the tranquility of the property.
