I would probably recommend based on the cleanliness of the apartment and attractive amenities, like a swimming pool and fitness center. The lack of washer/dryer units or connections in the apartment was a negative aspect.

The area and amenities were really nice, especially the tennis courts. The apartment was very large and with a separate large walk-in closet. The leasing professional I worked with was charming. The prices were competitive. I could definitely see myself living in the community.
