The community was centrally located and close to dining, entertainment, and shopping. The town home was spacious, clean and near adjacent parking. It was on a quiet residential street with good lighting and spacious closets. The amenities were tastefully appointed. A good place to live!

The community parking looked like a problem for visitors. Other than that, it was a well kept community.

The community was clean and well maintained overall. The amenities were clean. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The leasing consultant was friendly, enthusiastic and professional. She was knowledgeable about the amenities and the area. She was able to answer all my questions and overcome my objections. Based on the overall visit, I may consider renting and recommend it to others.

The leasing agent was prepared for my arrival, remembered exactly who I was, and what I was interested in. The grounds looked nice and clean. The balloons in front of the leasing office helped me find the location easily. The spacious first floor patio was impressive and gave a lot of outdoor space.

Madera offered both apartment and townhouse living with spacious one bedroom floor plans, offering multiple entrances and exits to and from the kitchen for convenience. The apartments boast upgraded amenities including maple cabinets, white Formica cabinets, dark flooring, white appliances, refrigerator rental, and one covered parking space. Gas was included, 24 hour laundry access was available, and there were two swimming pools and barbecues for residents use. The office was friendly, welcoming and best of all, rent payments were accepted online.

I liked the inside of the flat. It had great space and flowed very nicely. The master offered a hallway with two closets. I thought that was nice. The townhome was home away from home. It was nice and the kitchens were nice there.

The community offered a swimming pool, spa and barbecue grills and was a nice place to call home. The rooms were very spacious and freshly remodeled. The first floor offered large backyards. It was well maintained and a very quiet neighborhood that was close to many facilities and a couple blocks from the freeways.

The community was great for people who want to live in the area.

I would rent based on the way that the apartment was presented to me.

The community was well maintained and had a large grass courtyard area. The community had basic amenities, such as a pool, barbeque areas, and laundry room.

Although this community did not have much in the way of amenities, I found that it was a nice, clean, quiet place to consider living. The leasing agent was friendly and professional. I could see myself living here, but might want to keep any eye out for something that had a few more amenities.

I loved how large the patio area was. There was plenty of room for a patio set, storage bin and a myriad of plants.

She tried to show me important features about the apartment and showed me the benefits of all the storage spaces. The community looked like a place I could live for awhile, but I would be looking for another community that had better amenities.

This community was average, but very clean and well maintained. Short of the central air conditioning, they offered the same as other communities in the area, for about the same lease amount. It would be tolerable, but not somewhere I would truly be happy living. I may or may not recommend this community to friends or family.

The community was easy to get to from any freeway. It conveyed an easy and comfortable living situation.
