The staff was friendly and engaging. The property was clean, well maintained, and a pleasure to walk through. The townhouse was spacious and the kitchen recently remodeled. I would love to call this place home.

Madera is an amazing property; everything from the lay out to the staff is an experience that most people wouldn't know how to appreciate. I truly would love to live here. I'm amazed at how professional and awesome the staff is and how well kept the property is. Definitely would recommend this place to everybody looking for a home.

I loved the structure of the apartment, especially the town homes. The area of the community itself was really nice and inviting.

The community is kept in good condition and the amenities are also in good condition and clean. What is offered is much the same as other communities. I was not able to view the actual apartment. The leasing agent provided a nice tour of the community and did all she could.
