The community was clean and well maintained. The leasing agent was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Five Coves is a cozy appealing community. The upkeep of the property is notable. The leasing professional is prepared, polite, and courteous. The presentation of the property was admirable and I find the community to be a good value. I would likely lease the property when I'm in the market within that neighborhood.

Residents could enjoy 2 swimming pools and 2 spas, spacious one and two bedroom apartments, large cabinet space, re glazed counters, vinyl flooring, air conditioning and patios.

The staff in the office was genuine and helpful. Leasing an apartment and knowing staff was on-site and available 24 hours was a major factor in my deciding to lease and recommend.
