The community was visually appealing for an older community. The Koi stream added to a feeling of serenity. The community appeared to be well maintained. The apartment that I viewed was clean and updated. The size of the one bedroom was spacious. The service provided was comforting and made me feel like as a resident all my concerns would be addressed if there was a situation that arose.

The community had unusually large square footage for the area. Carports were assigned to each apartment and the waiting list for garages was short. The leasing agent was thorough in providing me with everything they offered.

The community was clean. The leasing agent was friendly and up beat. I do think its time for renovations and upgrading apartments. The amenities was nice.

What was offered for the money, was a great deal. Being close to the 91 and college communities was great. The community could use more greenery, benches and a play area and picnic shading. The amenities were decent for the size property. If I were a college student, I would definitely rent there.

I might reccommend this community to my friends and family.

The community has streams running through it and is visually pleasing. There is a nice basketball court and fitness center.

A very nice apartment community that was off the freeway enough to make it quiet. The fountain and stream of water filled with koi, in the middle of the community, was very unique and a pleasant sight and sound. The community was very convenient to many shopping and eating establishments and places of entertainment. I would be very happy living there.

This was a small and cute property. There was a stream with Koi fish running through some of the property. It appeared to be a well maintained and friendly community. It was next to the 91 freeway and close to the 57.

I loved the open floor plan, with a breakfast nook and large windows; a good value for the money!

I thougth this was a very nice community. The grounds were great with the Koi pond running through the grounds as you walked along the pathways. I thought the staff members I met were very professional. I thought the location was nice and centrally located. The apartment offered was very reasonable in price. If I was in the market this would be high on the list. It was a very good experience to meet the staff and view the grounds.

I thought the community was asking way too much for the apartment. It was old, dated and didn't have any storage or appliances, yet was priced as if it did.

The flowing pond was partly going under construction, but the part that was working made a difference. The apartment had a walk-in closet, which would always be important to me. The leasing professional was personable and enjoyable.

There were a few amenities and nice touches found at this property you usually do not find in this area. The sand volleyball court and half basketball courts were a nice touch. The streams along the walkways were a very soothing feature that added to the community feel of the property.

The community amenities were ordinary, and the community was clean and inviting. The leasing professional was pleasant and sincere in her approach. She customized the presentation to my needs, and was natural in her comments. The community rental rate for reasonable and I could make it work for me. I would likely recommend the property to friends and family.
