This community has a lot of amenities, and spacious apartments. The staff is also very informative.

I am not certain I would rent in this community. It is not upgraded and standard looking.

This community was nice from the outside. The staff was nice and helpful, though not very engaging. The amenities were simple, basic and tolerable. It was a rather smaller community than others which can be a plus. The apartments had no A/C, which during high temperature days could be a great concern, especially for upstairs apartments. The apartments had no washer/dryer hookups within the apartment, though there was a laundry area onsite. Parking could be a problem if there was more than two cars or for visitors. The apartment itself came equipped with basic necessities. The rent in itself was reasonable for what was offered.

The community was located near several major freeways and local conveniences. The community offered several desirable amenities including a pool and jacuzzi and a fitness center. The floorplans offered were spacious in size. The carpet was brand new. The leasing staff was helpful and friendly.

I liked that it was a small community that was quiet and had great landscaping. The apartment itself had a very attractive floor plan and I liked the various amenities. It really was not special, but very comfortable and I could definitely see myself living there.
