The community was very well maintained and located near numerous shopping areas, restaurants, a golf course and a driving range. However, some of the apartments did not have air conditioning.

The leasing agent was great. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She took time to gain an understanding of what I was looking for in my new apartment and presented her community to meet those needs. She gave me a tour that would have helped me make the decision to lease. She was proud of her community and the company for which she was employed.

I enjoyed my tour with the leasing professional as she was genuine and attentive. She seemed to enjoy showing me the community and had natural sales ability. She was persuasive in encouraging me to leave a deposit and thorough in explaining my move in costs. I felt that she cared about the community and cared about me.
