The community was beautifully designed and the upkeep was very good. The consultant was engaging and very pleasant. She knew and represented the community well. It was in a very nice setting and seemed very peaceful. The area was full of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The price was very comparable to other communities in the area. The office was very impressive.

The leasing agent left a very good impression with me and was very polite and courteous.

The leasing agent had a unique ability to focus on my needs while still selling the community and the apartment. She did it in a way that was pleasant and not pushy.

The staff member was great. The office seemed understaffed and the fitness center could use and upgrade.

I personally loved the community. It was close to a shopping area. They have done a good job keeping it up.

This was a very nice community. Away from traffic and nice Canyon views. The apartments were spacious and remodeled. The amenities were sufficient for the size of the community. Close to freeway, beach, shopping and restaurants.

This community was very well taken care of, and the buildings, common areas, and landscaping were all in great shape. I loved the mature trees, and the pool area was like an oasis.

The customer service I experienced was pleasant and comfortable. The community presented a peaceful and pleasant environment. The amenities were just slightly better than ordinary. They offered a very nice pool/spa area and a nice fitness center. The floor plans offered laundry connections on the patio, but you had to provide or rent your own washer and dryer as well as a refrigerator. I did like the apartment I was shown. It featured natural light and was located in a private corner of the community. I may or may not recommend the community.

I was very impressed by the community and what it offered. I would definitely recommend the community to friends and family. I thought the price for what they offered was very great.

I liked the upkeep of the facility. The leasing professional stated that I could always call maintenance if the stairway started looking like there was built up grime, so attention to detail was appealing. She came across very friendly and pleasant. She repeatedly stated that she lived there and that everyone in the office lived there. I did not see a lot of the amenities. I did not get a close up look of the pool and I did not see the business center or any other amenity. The landscaping was well manicured and kept up. I was not told about any monthly community events or any get to know your neighbor/community event.

I was not impressed with the community itself, lacked amenities for the price. Great staff!

It was a very nice, quiet community nestled in the heart of the canyons. I liked the fact the apartment was very spacious and that it featured newer appliances. The community amenities were well maintained and immaculate. The leasing agent was very friendly, professional, and genuine. She made me feel right at home. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this apartment community to my friends and family.
