It's a lovely place to live, but the rent increases every year--that's a huge drawback.

There are a couple of aspects that prevented me from giving a 10 to the overall experience. Apartment living at Signature is without a doubt a great experience, but I feel that the rent is slightly higher compared to other comps. Leasing office is kind of a mixed experience too. There are some who are really welcoming while some are completely opposite. Need to work on positive work attitude and dealing with everyone with respect and dignity and in return expect the same. Amenities corrective work around time should be improved that eventually deprives usage.

Nobody picks up the leasing office phone most of the times causing inconvenience to the residents to place service requests. Rent is a little on the higher end for the quality and age of the units.

With my current experience to date and the amount of communities in the area I would advise people to look elsewhere based on my aforementioned comments.

Like majority of complexes YOU GUYS DONT CARE ONCE YOU'VE GOT THE COMMITMENT OF MONEY, ITS BEEN PROVEN BY THE MANAGEMENT OVER AND OVER, IM JUST FILLING THIS OUT FOR A HOPE OF CHANGE FOR FUTURE TENANTS, BUT THAT WONT HAPPEN, OBVIOUSLY !!

It's good, but it costs the same to rent a house!

The apartment amenities, including open-concept kitchen and double sinks, make this a comfortable place to live. However, the gym could use some upgrades. Many of the cardio machines haven't worked for months and it would be nice to have a squat rack or a full cable trainer with handles for doing pull-ups. A cheap investment would also be to add a set of 20-pound dumbbells.

The location is great. People that work there in the office are nice. However, many things in tehf acility

Have you seen the cabnets they are coves with tape that matches the cabnet.

Overall it's a great place with a lot to offer but maintenance is a struggle when you need stuff taken care of and the office sometimes is terrible about answering phone calls.

The apartments themselves are lovely. It's a great place to live for a year, but the amount that the rent is raised each year is too much, so I wouldn't suggest Signature Place to friends looking to lease for longer than a year.
