The staff is great and the location is wonderful.

Like I said before in those other comments, the front desk is very rude and unhelpful. They don’t like to keep their community amenities nice and the housing itself on the inside is very cheap and breaks very easily. I wouldn’t want my friends or family dealing with the front desks attitudes and wasting their money on this place.

The cheap upgrades are not worth the pay. I could have a whole house for the price I’m paying here but this happens to ppl when they don’t know better and move from a different state. My fault.

We like living here. The office managers are really nice and responsive. Everyone tries to make sure the grounds and facilities are nicely maintained. Maintenance is friendly and orders are taken care of quickly, but there are some things that keep having to be repaired regularly. The calling system at the front gate doesn't work properly which makes it a challenge to get deliveries or let visitors in after hours and we have been told by the office there is no gate access code. Because there are some privately owned condos, the owners are able to make changes that would not normally happen if these were all apartments. For example, our upstairs neighbors put in hardwood flooring so we can now hear them walking around all day and night and sometimes it's really loud. We understand that this can happen when you live on the first floor, but we couldn't hear the people before at all when they had carpet. In certain areas residents do not clean up after their pets despite the office staff trying to remind everyone...it can get kind of gross. The landscapers blow all the dirt and debris on to the first floor patios...they don't even try to avoid it.

The gym has not been updated since I moved in 3 years ago. Dumb bells have been missing since before I moved in. Gym needs a major update.

Overall i am happy with the apartment. I think the ones not next to kyrene would be great if rent stays where it is at or lowers slightly.

Overall I like the community.

It is very clean and the people are very nice.

The atmosphere is very relaxing and feels safe.

For the most part, the community is kept up, the amenities are great and neighbors are generally friendly.
