This is an exceptional value for this area of Scottsdale. It has the feeling of a 4 star resort in Hawaii.

The leasing agent was professional and very personable. He conveyed a welcoming and enthusiastic manner, and I was impressed with his thoroughness and focus on my needs. The community was beautifully landscaped with fountains throughout, a pond, and surrounded by the golf course. The rental cost was excellent for the large square footage in the apartment. I would love to live there and would absolutely recommend it to others.

I felt that making sure I understood rates was the most important thing to the leasing professional. When I reviewed the website, several major amenities were left out of the presentation, such as the adjoining golf course and the tennis and volley ball courts. Specific unique aspects of the apartment were not discussed or highlighted by the agent. The agent appeared more comfortable and personable on the telephone than in person.

Outstanding community with the best fitness center and a grand pool and outdoor living spaces. Exceptionally clean and well manicured. The landscaping and fountains are just like being at a resort. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. the apartments are beautiful and offer all the comforts of a luxury home even a formal dining room. Absolutely beautiful.

The community was absolutely beautiful. The apartment were spacious with lots of natural light. They were located next to a good shopping center, just minutes from Scottsdale. There was easy access to the highways that could take you in any direction.

I felt that the agent was trying to handle a lot of issues at once, but she still managed to give me a good presentation of the unit and property. She was comfortable with the presentation and was natural with the information. She easily overcame my objection and directly asked me for the commitment. I felt that she listened to me about my needs and mentioned those features in her presentation to me.
