This property is like a resort. The location is ideal and the price is affordable for the quality and amenities. The agent was professional and engaging, even though she was busy. She did a great job showing me the various options.

I found the rental price shocking. The apartments were very, very nice. The pool was amazing. I did not ask about security service, but the community was gated and in an upscale area. It was too bad that the community was built without elevators for the second floor.

It was a very nice property. The main pool was beautiful. The floor plan was unique, but weird and confusing. I liked that the patio had doors from the living room and bedroom. I did not like that the kitchen was separate. Its set up was not conducive to a table to sit and eat at central to the living area.

The best thing in this community was perhaps the pool area. The apartment models were nice, but nothing special. The staff did not really come across as particularly welcoming or outgoing.

The community showed well but age was showing in the apartments. It may be a nice community to live in, but because of the indifference I observed shown to residents, I would not feel customer service was good. Also, I was not told anything about the management company and benefits provided residents.

The amenities were immaculate and there were plenty of them. They were beautiful. Everything seemed to be in perfect condition. The rental rate was a bit high, but the location was great and the property offered a lot to do.

The agent did not engage me in any conversation to make me feel at ease. She did not really show me anything, just stood there while I did my own touring. She made no attempt to sell the apartment or the community. She did not even try to overcome any of my objections. She did not smile. On the whole, I was left with a very poor impression of the management.

I thought this community was extremely appealing. I enjoyed the variety of water features as well as the sand volleyball pit and the palm trees.
