The packet I was handed should have included an application. The website should be prominently displayed on the paperwork along with a statement that the application is available online.

I would say that Management is irresponsive, and that the premium prices you pay here are not worth it. To be specific, last week, after being asked to send you an email when I express my complain at the office, I sent you and email about my neighbors in 2067. To this day, they are still leaving towels to dry for the whole week. I don't think this should be appropriate in this property.

I thought the visit was great and I would lease an apartment here.

He conveyed a welcoming, confident manner and made a sincere attempt to help me find a good living situation. The community had excellent amenities for the cost of the apartment. The property was beautiful and landscaped like it would be at a resort. The apartment had a great use of square footage and huge walk-in closets. They were available in traditional or upgraded floor plans. Some had garages available. There was plenty of parking, and the location had great amenities nearby.

The leasing agent was nice and professional; however, I thought he was an average leasing agent. He created a sense of urgency as to getting the best apartment for me, but the apartment sold itself. I was more impressed with the apartment than the leasing professional. He was alright, but not exceptional. He was extremely professional, and not too relaxed.
