This is a nice community, with good curb appeal. They have good amenities and well laid out apartments, with a lot of living space.

The leasing professional had an inviting, personable demeanor. He was professional, warm and welcoming. He emphasized what the community had to offer with a pool, fitness center and sauna. The one bedroom was spacious with a great layout and had a washer/dryer. The community was next to the golf course and it had everything I was looking for. I wanted to move right in and call it my home and would definitely recommend it to others.

This is a high quality property that is very well maintained. The amenities such as clubhouse, fitness center and pool areas were spotless and up to date. The pool was just being refilled after being re-plastered. The rent prices are a little high, but clearly based on the area, the neighborhood conveniences include all the shopping outlets anyone would want. It is not far from the freeways. The agent was thorough, friendly, welcoming and professional. This was a very positive experience.

This building appears to be an older property and slowly undergoing renovations. The renovated apartments are large, with open floor plans. In addition, the property management company appears very professional. The agent is warm, professional and efficient.

My views from the apartment that was available to rent, which was the apartment that I was shown would have been the parking lot. The community looked well maintained.

Unfortunately, I was not shown any amenities at the property. My tour was solely in one apartment where I felt like I was self-servicing my visit. It is difficult to rate the surroundings because most of them I did not view.

The two bedroom apartment had a washer/dryer and upgraded cabinets, and some apartments had garages. I did think the rental rate was high for the area. The leasing professional came across as an excellent representative of the property, and I would be very happy living there and would recommend it to others.

Overall, I was very impressed with the landscaping and the general up keep of this community. I did not see one piece of trash on the ground during my visit, which is great. The staff were very friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
