Everything mentioned above, trash bins, dog waste, dog urination, trash in building hallways, people driving over 10 miles per hour through property. Not favorable.

Not until the security is activated and secure. Install security cameras. Cleanliness is maintained. Pool chemicals kept up in order to maintain a clean pool and hot tub. Hire a Professional pool service.

I believe the gate situation is less than "luxury" and there is no enforcement of rules at the pool or for dog owners; there is minimal on site parking for guests or even residents and parking rules are not enforced unless you count "emails"

The prolonged elevator shut down was exceptionally painful. My wife is unabe to climb or descend stairs, so she was a virtual prisoner in our apartment.

The maintenance of amenities and landscaping standards had fallen into disrepair. It does appear that there have been positive actions to bring the complex back to the superior level it was when I moved in approx. 4 years ago
