The parking has been a huge problem since being here.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your experience with Muse so far. I’m sorry to hear that parking has been an issue, we are continuing to evaluate the programs currently in place, it is always our goal for resident parking to come first, along with our retailers, and then guest parking is secondary. If our team can assist with anything else in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to us!

I wouldn't recommend a two-car household to move in because of the parking policies.

It is in a nice location with nice amenities, but it is expensive and there is no free visitor parking which we had when I first signed my lease. Many emails I have sent to the office staff were straight up ignored. There is a lack of communication often from the office in regards to things such as garage cleaning.

The parking situation is truly horrible. Having any guest pay to park is ridiculous.

I would be more willing to recommend if guests didn’t have to pay for parking

I would have (and actually did- and resulted in a move-in) recommended this apartment because it was wonderful. I have warned others about the situation and how horrible parking is now.

Not secure and definitely not worth the money.

My apartment space is great, though I wish I wasn’t paying so much for it. I also wish the office had been more transparent with all the extra monthly fees I’d be charged so I had a better idea of what the actual monthly rent would be. Outside of my apartment space could use a lot of improvement (though some of it is outside management’s control). People leave trash and pet waste wantonly throughout the complex. The outside gates have had broken locks. There’s no call system to let people in. Again, the 500 sqft I call my apartment is great. The building could use improvement.

I actively fell people to stay away like the other residents

There is not enough guest parking. I feel limited about inviting people to visit based on the limited guest parking.

Garage has not been secured in 8 months of living here. Gates are left wide open. Property isn’t regularly maintained. Dog poop, trash, nothing is ever picked up. If you ever cleaned carpets they wouldn’t need to be replaced, maintaining filters. Etc.

Not worth the cost when things aren't working like the should.

I would not recommend solely based on the price of rent does not match how the building is being kept up. We’ve been told we’d have new carpets and working doors and there’s no progress on either. It’s undated

For the high rent, the amenities should be checked in a weekly basis and just be fixed, as needed. There shouldn’t need to be posts on the community webpage because things aren’t being fixed.
