The community was located in a nice part of town and was convenient to the freeway. It was also close to shopping, services, businesses, restaurants, and schools. It offered amenities and features that were good value for the money. The community and apartment were very well maintained and desirable.

The leasing agent was friendly but professional. She created a sense of urgency and she made me feel comfortable. She overcame my objection and invited me to leave a deposit and fill out an application. When I declined, she gave me the community website and explained how to apply online.
