Cons- terrible garage situation

Parking is horrible, other day garage door was broken and cant get into the main garage, parked in commercial garage and notified concierge. as usual access key got locked and can't get out of the garage so called the guy to unlock it, his name is Steve i guess, he was rude and telling me that he will charge my account since i parked in the commercial section even after telling him that the garage door was broken and thats the reason i parked in there. He said no one told him or complained that the door is broken,. Does that mean i am lying???

The Elevators are not Programmed right and almost everyone bitches about it. My friend is an Engineer and even agreed.

The rents are higher than other nearby locations, office staff is rude. I would have a hard time recommending this building to a friend.

It would depend on the person, young and newer in their career, probably; older more established, not sure. It really feels like a Vandy dorm in many ways.

I would give it a 10 if it was affordable! For people who can spend a lot onrent, I would 10/10 recommend. Very nice place to live, great security and amenities, great location. Everything rocks besides price and the 10 barking dogs on floor 9.

Parking is major concern. Constant problems with gate access. Dealing with two separate entities is less than ideal.
Constants elevator delays.
Rental prices are the most expensive in the area. No pricing incentives for veteran residents.

I'm still mentioning SkyHouse to my co-workers simply because of its extremely convenient location, but I am also telling them about my experiences with being able to hear my neighbor, hear stuff in the hallway, having to wait on the elevator, etc.

Better guest parking would be great

I really love living here and it it the perfect location for me and my lifestyle. But the price is very expensive and I wish it were not as high.

This apartment complex has turned into a college dormitory. We are paying top dollar to live in a luxury community, and it is anything but that.

the building is great. but I do inform everyone that the leasing staff are jerks and have a bad attitude which can really put a damper on my day.

Great community. Very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Amenities are great.

Needs a private entry for residents, not everything through the front door.
