I don’t feel the outside around the building is attractive and well kept and the interior carpets are often dirty. It could look cleaner and leaving garbage outside the door where it should be is very very unsitely

Need to fix the postal system

No Sunday management. Trash stacked outside the trash room, since it's locked some days.

My car has been broken into, several maintenance requests have needed to be made, etc.

I have been happy here for 5+ years; if I'm happy here, it is likely others would be, too.

Trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere, accusatory notes left on doors at community members request.

The price is high compared to some of the amenities and services offered by some other apartments, and the fact that the building is a little older. Getting rid of trash and recycling is a bigger challenge than it should be. It would be nice if 1) speed "strips" or speed bumps were added to the garage to slow drivers down and 2) if electric charging stations were added to the garage (or if that was an option for renting a space).

Security is becoming large concern both in storage units and in building areas (stairwell, hallways, garage) And not enough storage in units to securely store items.

I recommend it but advise if a few things first

I don’t feel as though the mask and social distancing standards are working well here. In general, I see lots of people without masks and as such I move around the building at odd hours to avoid people. The appliances are older than the last place I rented and the rent was cheaper. It’s also noisier and has a lot more weed smoking than the last place I lived.

It's a very loud neighborhood with construction, car alarms and traffic. The windows aren't well insulated to keep noise out. It's a nice facility but expensive for being so uncomfortably loud.

Would. Good location. A little better priced than the surrounding buildings. Storage units avail. on site.
Thank you so much for the kind words, Paul! Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or if you need anything for your home.

Just an amazing community, especially for what you pay. Rent is not even close to the neighboring apartments, which are obviously more premium but are ridiculously priced. The boulevard has a better feel, anyhow.

Price is too high right now.
Good afternoon,

We closely monitor the pricing and availability in our neighborhood, The Golden Triangle. Additionally, we update our pricing daily to reflect the surrounding market and pricing trends. Please be sure to contact the office as we would be more than happy to discuss your options regarding your upcoming renewal.

Best,
The Boulevard

the price does not equate the living experience we get. We constantly visit other apartments that friends are living with and are disappointed to see the service and amenities we have compared to what they have and the inflated price we're paying.
