Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I think the property is less cared for now then when I moved in but rent keeps going up. When is new carpet or cleaning coming? When will the exterior landscape be dealt with? The office staff has never been that dependable on the 6+ years I have lived here. Suppose I've grown used to it.

I like the space and it serves my needs. I wouldn’t recommend because of the “lofted” room set up for the 2 bedroom. The place is too expensive not to get a full bedroom or at least have the option to close it up temporary.

You would score higher, but the price point for single occupancy is high.

Constant alarms. Trash isn't regularly cleaned out. Too many animals. Price doesn't justify the lack of luxury.

the place is amazing, turn around on requests and emails is horrible and packages are consistently lost and no cameras for security.

The building is pretty old, the pool is really small, there is often ambulance sirens from hospital across street and the second bedrooms aren't closed off for noise. However, I like the location.

So many bad experiences. It is unfortunate

The rent cannot keep going up, and the sudden addition of a parking fee was really frustrating. If it goes up anymore, it will become unaffordable for many.

We love the building and the units but the management staff is unresponsive, inconsistent, and unhelpful. Amenities are down for months at a time. Communication from management is frequent for routine things but doesn’t mention things such as the cinema room being out of service for Mon this.

I’ve rented in Denver for 6 years and this place is easily the worst

Please see above. I wouldn't recommend it because the maintenance seems to have gone downhill, and at the same time, the ownership is raising rents, charging for parking and other amenities, but not making any improvements with the increased funding.

While maintenance staff is lovely to deal with, leasing and Simpson very obviously do not care to address apartment or building repairs in a timely manner. They have to be asked repeatedly over months at a time.

Because it’s overpriced for the value.

Unfortunately, based on the comments made in sections above I am not likely to recommend this apartment community to friends and family.
