Every single staff person I've encountered has been pleasant and friendly. Maintenance staff is very responsive.

The office staff is very responsive and cares about the residents. Recent improvements to the maintenance staff were very good. Adding speed bumps to make garage safer is excellent. I would like to see a detachment of the cable bill from the rental. Essentially, I pay for services not used then pay more to add services I want.

I think they are over priced. It often feels as though I am living in a college dorm. Mats and shoes in hallway. People driving fast in the garage usually from the third and fourth floor. One person came very close to hitting me as he round the corner of the grarage.

My apartment has no airflow what do ever even withy he windows open. The air in the hallways doesn’t move as much. Hallways and often time courtyard smells like
Marijuana and with little airflow it is bothersome.

The building is located in a safe neighbourhood.Very quite and close to a number is stores and restaurants

The one thing I would highlight for anyone with a vehicle is that the decorum in the garage is atrocious. I have been almost hit by cars speeding through and turning wide at least once a week and once had to turn my car quickly to avoid an oncoming SUV and scraped a wall in the process. If you have a brand new or large car, I’d think twice before moving here.

I think overall one can feel safe in this community. I just think the apartment building is not well kept and doesn't reflect the price we pay to live in a luxurious apartment complex.
