I like the maintenance and upkeep of the whole complex, and I like the fact that there are security guards that keep the "peace". I feel very safe in my little home.

Because I don't think you could find a more comfortable place to live. With how much they do for the community I think it's the best place to live.

Neighbors are loud outside most nights, sometimes until 2 or 3am. They seem to have made friends with the “security” guy that works at night, so nothing happens. Also, a lot of parking spaces are barely big enough to fit a car let alone my SUV. I have 6 door dings just since moving in here. On top of that, due to the sap from the trees, car washes are needed weekly.
