The rates have risen exponentially and no benefit with regards to pricing comes to those residents with 2+ years of being a tenant. Would love to see price cuts for longer term residents

Silos has great amenities, is in a great location and the staff are awesome and handle things swiftly. The bedrooms are larger than most other complexes we looked at in the area.

The office and maintenance staff are exceptional in every conceivable way. The apartments themselves are made out of cheaper materials and it shows.

Great location provides Proximity to light rail, uptown, shopping, restaurants. Like the openness of the complex. Great view of sunset from my apartment.
