I would not recommend this apartment based on the price of the apartment for how small of a space it is. However, the area is a safe and welcoming environment that I would recommend to anyone.

The location is less than ideal. Were necessities like groceries and/or a drugstore available in the neighborhood, it would be much better. A lack of grocery store within walking distance is my biggest mark against The Matisse.

The staff makes a huge difference because it is not easy to find an apartment that provide the level of service that they do. The building and units are also nice / well kept

The apartment that I saw was nicely detailed. The floorplan was spacious and open, with lots of natural light. The leasing agent presented the community and neighborhood with a sense of pride.
