Remind residents to: place trash bags in the chute, not just in the room, place trash in a receptacle and not in the hallways/stairways/elevators/garage, place trash in receptables outside and not on the ground. More education and reminding residents of quuiet hours, door slamming, loud music, running in halls, and general respect for neighbors.

I think they do a great job at RSV at Tysons. The staff is friendly and very responsive. Rosetta at the front desk is great! The trash room often smells and people leave a lot of trash and is often messy on the weekends. I would like to see grill available in 3 hour blocks, as 2 hours is not enough to cook, eat, and clean up. I don't like that they changed the pet policy for the 3rd and 4th floors. My pet passed away but now I cannot get another one unless I move.
That's HORRIBLE! This is certainly going to make me think twice about coming here. With pet rent and extra deposits they should not be limited to certain floors. Not all places allow dogs. If someone has a fear that strong they should look elsewhere. That is unacceptable. Be pet friendly or not.

Great place. Love Keeri, love Michele (very nice,) and Nate is also very helpful.

I have enjoyed living in this community. Whenever I have had any maintenance problems, they have been addressed almost immediately. However, there are a lot of issues with sound traveling in this community and within/between apartments. I'm not sure how this can be fixed now that the property is built. One other suggestion is to have water/trash included in rent rather than having to pay a 3rd party which I tend to forget to send a check to.

Please update the key fobs, they are outdated and bulky.

Overall, very happy with the apartment complex as whole. One negative would be that in order to move apartments within the community after our lease is up, we need to go through the application process again. I do love all of the fun resident activities and contests they offer here.

I have no issues with the staff or amenities. I like the enclosed fitness room and community areas. The front desk personnel is always pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the apartment is not well constructed since I can hear every movement of me neighbor upstairs and other neighbors around me. My largest concern is the fact that there seems to be a daycare center on my floor, as there are unsupervised children who run/yell/ride bikes down the indoor hallways at all hours of the day and night. Therefore, I will not be renewing my lease.

Property is clean and well maintained. Nice coffee in meeting rom. Have to pay for garbage, not happy.

Turn community into smoke free community. I am unable to open my windows, as my neighbors are smoking frequently on their balcony.

I was not very pleased with management when I emailed with concerns and requests about shuttle services. I never got a response that the matter was going to be looked into. Not even with an acknowledgement of the email with the concern. The bad part is that it has happened before with other issues. Ironically, the front desk staff and maintenance staff are more responsive and cordial than the property manager. The fire alarm has gone off far too often, disrupting us during the night and early in the morning without a real emergency. Please do something about that! Additionally, I think the property manager needs to be retrained in customer service. Please let her supervisor in corporate office know that I'll be contacting them about this issue.

Front desk needs to answer phone more often. Two buildings currently share one grill, would love to see another added to Tannin building. Not enough elevators for Tannin.

Great community events. Need to determine a way to control speed in garages. Add pet station near leasing office entrance if you want residents to clean up around there. Please add key fob access to more doors for more convenient access and to also eliminate residents propping doors open.

Friendly staff, convenient location, nice amenities, and prompt maintenance service. Overall, we are very pleased with the apartment.

Overall experience with this community has been excellent. A few issues and concerns are as follows: personal doormats and outer doors. I recall that there used to be a policy stating doormats in front of resident apartments were not allowed. I am not sure if this has changed. However, it is not beind enforced. It seems that the number of doormats is growing. In my opinion, this takes away from the "luxury apartment" feel, is aesthetically displeasing with all the different types, and some of them leave a mess in the hallway. There are a few outer access doors in the building that do not have scan/fob access. These doors pose security concerns and maintenance issues, due to residents propping the doors open or sticking objects in locks to jam them open. In my opinion, all outer access doors should have scan/fob access.

Repair elevator keys, especially on rooftop.
